“Wonderful experience! Huge thanks to Alexis at the front desk. She is so gentle, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the guests. She goes out of her way to help with any request—like going to the kitchen to grab a can opener for my canned corn! She also gave great recommendations about local culture. One quick suggestion: the celery served during the Evening Reception at the Territory Bar should probably be washed a bit better. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff. I don't remember their names, but they were always so welcoming and constantly making sure I had everything I needed. Amazing service overall.”
“We had a large group stay here for a night, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. They have fantastic amenities: pool, hot tub, gym, guest laundry, and a FULL spread for breakfast. There is a shopping center across the street for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group of travelers. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could!”
“I have stayed here a few times. The suite rooms are large with separate sleeping area and living area. I come here for work a lot. The rooms are quiet and spacious. The breakfast is amazing and can get made to order food selections. Great offerings for breakfast! I ordered dinner from the restaurant and it was okay. Salmon with potatoes and veggies. Service was great and the staff is always friendly!”
“Staff, location, lobby, pool and breakfast were all great. The rooms looked like any other $150/night hotel we’ve ever stayed at. No updates in probably 20+ yrs. A lot of the furniture in the room was damaged or broken. Couch/futon was hard as a rock and there was a pair of dirty men’s pants in the couch. One ply toilet paper, and stained bathtub. No hair dryer in the bathroom. You’re mainly paying for the location, free breakfast, and pool/hot tub. There were also several nails sticking out of the trim in the floor between the living room/kitchenette that our kids kept stepping on. We had to put a towel down to avoid it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did bring us a pack and play for our baby to sleep in I think for $400/night (after tax) they could update the rooms just a little bit.”
“I’m a diamond member who has stayed at Hilton brand hotels all over the world. This Embassy Suites is great. Rooms feel clean, location is easy, and everything is on point. I especially want to mention Grace at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful and just made everything easy and pleasant. They are lucky to have her.”
“Stayed for 2 nights. The staff was really helpful and respectful. The breakfast was really good and also the dinner was really good. The room is a typical embassy suites room. In my opinion the hotel is more for business stays. We stayed because it had suites and there was more than enough space to stay 4 persons and 2 adults and 2 kids, and hold 17 pieces of luggage. Overall great stay.”
